With a unanimous decision of the OSCE Participating States in 2016, Italy was elected to hold OSCE’s rotating Chairmanship in 2018.
The Italian Chairmanship will devote the OSCE-wide Counter-Terrorism Conference to the theme “The Reverse Flow of Foreign Terrorist Fighters (FTFs): Challenges for the OSCE Area and Beyond”.
